PracUp serves as a platform for communication and language coaching. You can choose from a variety of courses, ranging from fluency practice to workplace scenario practice, and preparation for proficiency tests such as IELTS and TOEFL.

While specific prerequisites are outlined for each course, the basics include an internet connection and a strong determination to work on self-improvement.

PracUp exclusively features experienced coaches, all of whom have substantial industry experience. In addition to their expertise, they undergo a 10-hour training with assessments called as Coach In Clinique to be onboarded to PracUp.

While communicating in the language you are practicing will enhance your learning experience, our coaches are bilingual, and you can choose to communicate with them in those languages.

While our coaches are trained to probe and understand the coachee's needs, if at any point the coachee feels that the coach is not addressing their intentions adequately, they can connect with our team. Our team will assist in navigating the issue and, if necessary, replace the coach.

In cases of dissatisfaction with valid reasons, a coachee can choose to change their coach.
